   Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days once payment is confirmed.
   Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
   During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will keep you informed of any expected delays.

   We offer various delivery options at checkout, including standard and express shipping.
   Delivery fees depend on your selected method, location, and order size and will be displayed at checkout.
   Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain amount, as indicated on our website.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
   Domestic Orders: Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available for faster delivery.
   International Orders: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
   Note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier-related issues.

5. Shipping Restrictions
   We currently do not deliver to certain restricted locations due to courier limitations. Any restrictions will be indicated during checkout.
   Shopping Cart BD reserves the right to cancel orders placed for delivery to restricted locations.

   If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
   For damaged items, please provide photos for faster resolution.
   We will work with Pathao Courier to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
